ELIZABETH ALEXANDER
Senior Managing Director,

ELIZABETH ALEXANDER is based in Washington, DC and brings clients a unique blend of high-level legal and communications expertise, having served in all three branches of government, as well as the private sector. Ms. Alexander is the former White House spokesperson for Vice President of the United States Joe Biden and has also served as a Department of Justice prosecutor, communications director for Congressman Adam Schiff and deputy press secretary for U.S. Senator Chuck Schumer.  At FTI Consulting, she is part of the senior leadership team for both the Public Affairs and Crisis & Litigation communications practices and provides counsel to large-scale organizations and corporations on critical communications and business strategies during moments of challenge and change, including government investigations, discrimination claims, litigation, executive misconduct, mergers and acquisitions, business transformation, competitive positioning, corporate governance matters and regulatory disputes. She also specializes in crisis communications preparedness and management, as well as gender inclusion communications strategies. Ms. Alexander is a frequent speaker and panelist on issues related to women’s empowerment & leadership, gender dynamics in the workplace and women in business and law. She received her bachelor’s degree from Texas A&M University and law degree from Georgetown University Law Center.
KRISTY PULTORAK

KRISTY PULTORAK is a Senior Director on the Strategy Consulting and Research team in the FTI Strategic Communications practice, and is based in Washington, DC. Kristy brings over a decade of experience in both quantitative and qualitative research, including being a certified focus group moderator. At FTI Consulting, she focuses primarily on providing insights among tough to reach populations (i.e. C-suite executives, opinion leaders, business leaders, etc.), Americans and voters alike, and employees of both large and small businesses. She has the pulse of the American public on public policy discussions and understands the importance of effective, strategic messaging in cultural debates. Kristy holds a master’s degree in public policy from American University and a bachelor's degree in political science from Siena College.
ELIZABETH CHOLIS
Managing Director
ELIZABETH CHOLIS has advised clients, for nearly 20 years, across industries on crisis preparedness and communications strategy around imminent or breaking issues, including litigation, regulatory scrutiny, government investigations, executive transitions, and employment crises, among others. She helps clients evaluate and address threats and execute clear, consistent communications that aim to preserve the company’s ability to operate and protect the company’s reputation and stakeholder relationships. She also works frequently with clients to ensure crisis preparedness, including assessing a company’s state of readiness, designing new corporate crisis management systems, scenario planning, implementing an effective framework for evaluating emerging situations and conducting simulation drills.
NICOLE MADISON
Senior Director
NICOLE MADISON is a Senior Director in the FTI Consulting Strategic Communications practice and is based in New York. Over the past ten years, she has utilized her deep expertise in corporate communications, media relations and reputation managements to advise public and private companies across a broad range of highly regulated industries such as financial services. In her role, Nicole is responsible for providing daily oversight and strategic corporate communications counsel on behalf of clients in the Financial Services sector. During her tenure, Nicole has been a key account member for communications campaigns for clients in insurance, asset management and private equity, as well as non-profits. Nicole began her professional career with FTI Consulting in 2004, working closely with the director of media relations and securing strategic media placements and providing media support and conducting in-depth media research and analysis. Ms. Madison received her bachelor's degree in media and society from William Smith College in Geneva, NY.  She serves on the national advisory council and board of two non-profit organizations focused on youth education and is an active volunteer with several charities and causes across New York City.
RACHEL ROSENBLATT
Managing Director
RACHEL ROSENBLATT specializes in reputation management, crisis communications, and communications training. She was recently named one of PR News’s “Top Women in PR.” Ms. Rosenblatt also provides strategic business and communications counsel, media relations, media training, presentation coaching, crisis management, corporate communications and public relations expertise to her clients.  She is a founding member of the firm’s communications training team and regularly coaches top executives in advance of media interviews, investor/analyst meetings, IPOs and major presentations.  Prior to joining FTI Consulting in 2005, Ms. Rosenblatt was a Director at Westhill Partners, a boutique consulting firm specializing in communications strategy.  Ms. Rosenblatt graduated from the University of Pennsylvania with a bachelor's degree in psychology.  
CAROLYN HUDSON
Managing Director
CAROLYN HUDSON is a Managing Director in the Strategic Communications segment at FTI Consulting and Head of the Americas in the segment’s People & Change specialty practice.  Ms. Hudson brings more than 25 years of deep expertise partnering with Fortune 500 companies. She is a seasoned expert in leading change management strategies that drive connection and inspire advocacy. Her range of expertise includes mergers and acquisitions (M&A), culture transformation, employee engagement, internal communications, internal social media and technology roll-outs. Her client work has included engagements with Cigna, The Coca-Cola Company, Anheuser-Busch, Johnson & Johnson, UPS, Delta Air Lines, Mars, Federated Machine Corporation (FMC), Charles River Laboratories, SunTrust Banks, Ryder Trucking, and Boehringer Ingelheim Animal Health.  Ms. Hudson began her management consulting career at Accenture where she was a senior leader in the global Change Management practice and internal marketing organization for 11 years. In addition to client engagements, she was responsible for launching the Change Management practice including the development of thought leadership, offerings and capabilities. She is based in New York City.
AMBER GLENN
Senior Consultant
AMBER GLENN is a Senior Consultant in the Strategic Communications segment at FTI Consulting and is based in Washington, DC.  Ms. Glenn is an experienced communicator who has an expertise in building relationships and managing reputations. She provides support to the larger Strategic Communications segment by way of research, content creation, and strategic counsel to clients across all industries and sectors of the economy.   Previously, Ms. Glenn was a Communications Associate at Reingold, Inc., where she worked as a consultant for federal government agencies and trade associations. Over the course of her career, Ms. Glenn has also worked for the Advisory Board Company, i Heart Media, and BET Networks in a communications capacity. She has intimate experience leveraging traditional and digital media in order to achieve measurable results. Ms. Glenn holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Maryland College Park in journalism, as well as a master's degree from Georgetown University in public relations and corporate communication.

JESSICA N. GROUNDS

JESSICA N. GROUNDS has founded and led multiple organizations to advance women in leadership.  She is the Co-Founder of Mine The Gap, a company that equips leaders and industries with the strategy and tools to create and sustain gender-inclusive work environments. Mine The Gap has worked with industry leaders like Amazon, National Geographic, Facebook, and PG&E.  Jessica is the Co-Founder and former Executive Director of Running Start, an organization that trains young women to lead in politics. Leading up to the 2016 presidential election, she served as Director of Women Ready for Hillary. Jessica lectures globally on behalf of the U.S. Department of State. Her work has secured private sector investment from companies including Walmart, Lockheed Martin, Deloitte, and Google. Jessica holds a master's degree in leadership from Georgetown University and a graduate certificate in Women, Policy, and Political Leadership from the Women & Politics Institute. She published cutting-edge research on women’s leadership and has been profiled in numerous publications.  She was named a “40 Under 40” from the American Association of Political Consultants and recognized in Marie Claire as The New Guard: America’s 50 Most Influential Women.
KRISTIN HAFFERT

KRISTIN HAFFERT is an expert in women’s leadership and gender equality. She has worked in more than 120 countries for more than two decades, to develop practical tools and research, and to design programs for women’s leadership.  She has advised the private sector, foundations, governments, and non-profits on advancing women and building more inclusive workplace practices. Kristin served in senior management and initiated the first department for gender and women’s programs at NDI, a large DC-based non-profit, where she advised international leaders on promoting women in political and civic life in every region of the world. Kristin spearheaded major international efforts on gender equality such as iKNOW Politics and Win with Women, chaired by former U.S. Secretary of State Madeleine K. Albright. As a thought leader on gender and inclusion, she has collaborated with UN and U.S. government agencies, Fortune 500 companies, and large philanthropic and multilateral financial institutions on diversity, equity and inclusion. She holds a master's degree in leadership from the McDonough School of Business at Georgetown University and a bachelor’s degree from Douglass College, Rutgers University.
